Designed to display and store Transport Emergency (TREM) cards in vehicle cabs as required by current U.K. and European safety legislation.
The back section is vacuum formed in 3mm thick black ABS, with 6 sump holes for fixing to the vehicle, set in the outside border. This material has been selected for its strength, lightness and its ability to withstand impact and flexing, a failing often found in other materials e.g. GRP.

The front flap is machined from UV stabilised clear PVC and attached by means of two stainless steel hinges. To protect the label and reduce the ingress of water, a weather resistant neoprene gasket is adhered to the inside of the front sheet. The gasket also helps locate the label centrally prior to closing the unit. Four special alloy swivel fasteners ensure positive attachment of the front flap.
The ‘Hazchem’ information can be printed directly onto a vinyl label and, if required, applied to a flexible PVC sheet.
Multi-compartment Holders
For multi-compartment vehicles carrying different products in each compartment (apart from petrol products) each side of each compartment must be labelled with the UN Substance Identification Number. Where the primary risks differ, a hazard warning panel should also be displayed.

We produce two types to display these signs both manufactured in stainless steel and coated in a black polyester. The digits can be supplied in either embossed stainless steel or high impact polystyrene. Both with reflective orange vinyl and protective clear material on top.
